Autumn/Winter 2019 Training Programme

Happy New CPD Year!

On 1st October 2019 we entered the second year of the SYSC 28.1 Minimum Knowledge, Ability and Good Repute Requirements for carrying out insurance distribution activities.

These are not general training requirements – they relate to the acquisition and maintenance of the knowledge specified in SYSC 28.2.3(1)R. The FCA says that these requirements will be met via a combination of various types of learning “including courses, e-learning and mentoring”.

My Autumn and Winter Training Programme covers all the Course based requirements for GI firms – especially appropriate for those with secondary or add-on insurance operations. We come to your offices and the cost is the same however many staff attend! So you get face to face engagement with the regulatory matters which underpin your operations, delivered by Malcolm Padgett. Here is the feedback from a recent Course:-

  • An excellent and effective session
  • Very relevant content delivered by an expert and experienced facilitator
  • Very informative and knowledgeable trainer who demonstrated vast understanding and application of the content
