Paginator Limited – Data Privacy Statement

Paginator Limited does not share personal data it holds with any third party.

Personal data is held by the Company for one of two purposes:-

– where data subjects are employees of client companies or professional advisers, for the purpose of communicating with the data subject in that capacity;

– where data subjects are not employees of client companies, for the purpose of maintaining contact, providing information and marketing. In every case express consent is obtained from the data subject for the Company to hold their personal data for these purposes and, when contacting data subjects, the Company reminds them that they may ask for their data to be deleted.

The information held in respect of each data subject (in Microsoft Office Outlook Contacts) comprises no more than name, company, business address, email address, telephone number(s) and a record of how and when the information was collected.

The personal data held by the Company is reviewed at least six monthly to ensure that it is current and up to date. Information resources such as LinkedIn are checked daily, and if there is any indication that any personal data may be out of date, the Company promptly contacts the data subject to confirm and/or correct data. If no response is received a diary note is maintained and a reminder sent. If there is no response to the reminder then all such personal data will be deleted.

Personal data held by the company is managed by Mrs Anne Morgan. The responsibility for complying with all legal requirements relating to the processing of personal data is taken by the Directors.

Compliance and best practice under this Data Privacy Statement will be a main agenda item at a Board Meeting of the Company once every year.
