PROTECT meeting 6th July 2018

On 6 July Malcolm Padgett will be delivering a Legal and Regulatory Update at the Protect Trade Association Meeting to be held at Bonhill House, 1-3 Bonhill St, London EC2A 4BX. The Update will particularly focus on practical implications arising from the requirements, under the Insurance Distribution Directive from 1 October, 2018 for management and other “relevant employees” to undertake at least 15 hours of CPD in each year.
